Grant G. Talbott Memorial Road Race @ OCTC


Owensboro Community & Technical College's annual 5K road race was this morning. I had decided to do this to get some running miles under my legs. However, I biked to OCTC's main campus, rode the shuttle back to Legion Park for the start of the race, ran the 5k back to campus and then biked home!!! I finished in 34:46, which was okay. I was hoping for something around 33 minutes or less. I felt good, but the wind seemed to be in my face each way!!! I guess my workout for toady is done.
