NEW YEAR, NEW ADVENTURES

Well, It's taken me almost 2 full months to ride my bike outside. Don't get me wrong, I've been riding and running, but mostly on stationary bikes and spinning class and running on the inside track. However, it was ove 60 degrees outside and I was determined to get home and ride before the sun set around 5;30 or so. I headed down Griffith to Shifley Park. I wanted to check out the new section of the Greenbelt. It has been extended south from Shifley Park, through Mid-America business park south to Southtown Boulevard. The final section along Southtown Boulevard will completed when that road is widened to 3 lanes. Users will then be able to walk, run or bike all the way around Owensboro.
